WHY WATER
helps move nutrients INTO your body and pulls waste OUT

controls your body temperature and helps regulate your blood pressure
WHAT DO I LOOK FOR

dark yellow, pungent urine - your urine will be pale yellow or clear when you are well hydrated
headache, tired, dizzy or faint - these are all signs of dehydration
TIPS
try to drink HALF of your body weight in ounces (150 lbs = 75 oz of water)
set a recurring timer on your phone or watch to remind you to drink water
choose water when you are thirsty - avoid sugary drinks
limit your caffeine intake - caffeinated drinks can contribute to dehydration
keep water nearby at work, school, home, etc.
try adding in citrus or cucumber slices if you need a little flavor to help get you through
